UberSVN - cannot reset user's password

Suppose I am admin of UberSVN server, and user asks me to reset her password.  But there is no special UI that lets administrator to reset user's password.  I cannot set a new password because don't know the old one.  So I have to delete this user and re-create her account and all her settings :o    Could someone look at that?    version 12.01.8654-2    -- dd

We're gonna try and squeeze in a fix to this in the next release. In the mean time, the user should be able to reset their own password if you have a mail server configured for use with uberSVN.   Ian
