Hi.    I've seen that defect tracker is listed in "Upcoming Features for uberSVN" sticky. I'd like to ask you if you can tell when will this feature be implemented?    Kindest regards  Veki

Hi Veki,   That's right, WANdisco is working with the Apache Software Foundation on a defect tracker that will be packaged with uberSVN later this year.   The project uses Trac as it's basis, and more detail can be found on the Apache Bloodhound pages at http://incubator.apache.org/projects/bloodhound.html  Best Wishes,   Ian

uberSVN and TortoiseSVN serve completely different purposes. uberSVN is a server solution and TortoiseSVN is a client.

Hi again.    Do you maybe have rough estimate on defect tracker implementation?

It's likely to be a little while away yet, it's not scheduled for the next couple of releases (we aim for ~1 release per month).

Thanks for your answer.    Can you tell me will we be able to import database from other defect trackers (Mantis, Bugzilla, etc.) to defect tracker in UberSVN?  If not, will it be at least possible to import from Trac to UberSVN defect tracker?

Anyone know the answers to my questions? I'm about to install a defect tracker and I'd really like to later move the defect database to UberSVN dafect tracker. So if someone could answer my questions, I'd really appreciate it.

We'll likely be doing something with Apache Bloodhound (which is based on Trac), if you want to check that out you can get it here. I'd expect we'd have some mechanism to get other Trac/Bloodhound implementations into uberSVN, but as we're not actually working on it yet I can't confirm exactly how things will work, sorry.

Thanks for your answers. Since I can't check Bloodhound at the moment, I'll go with Trac then.
