Ed Kee

Ed is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience across audit, financial services and private equity-owned companies. Ed has held several senior finance positions including financial controller of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, where he worked on the merger of Stifel and Oriel Securities. Subsequent to this he was Financial Controller of BACB Plc, a London based trade finance bank where Ed was instrumental in the implementation of new banking system IT infrastructure. He went on to hold senior finance roles at Cain International, a private equity investment group, and A&O Shearman, an international law firm. Ed started his career with EY in the financial services audit diviision and holds a Masters in Economics from University of Glasgow along with a Masters in Finance from Queens University, Belfast.
