UberSVN Core Update - Version 13.02.3153-2

Greetings,

I just recently installed the 13.02.3008-1 update to uberSVN Core in mid-February and have just been notified that a new update is already available, version 13.02.3153-2

Could someone please tell me what issues were addressed in the latest UberSVN Core Update (13.02.3153-2)?

The Release Notes at http://docs.ubersvn.com/v1.0/release.html only seem to cover the 13.02.3008-1 update, but do not include any information about the 13.02.3153-2 update.

The release notes were updated on March 5th (but not a full release section as this was just a patch.

I've copied them here for convenience:
Further Fixes (March 5th Interim Update)
[Access Control plugin] - We now ensure that the authz file is correctly rebuilt after switching on username insensitivity. ESVNB-4118

[Access Control plugin] - We've fixed a potential conflict between uberSVN and the Access Control plugin that could have resulted if Access Control attempted to rebuild the Subversion password file while it was locked by uberSVN. Access Control will now attempt to retry writing to the svn.password and not exit if unsuccessful. ESVNB-4122

[LDAP] - It's now possible to remove an LDAP authority through the Access Control admin console, even if it was originally created through the uberSVN web interface. ESVNB-4120

[Windows only] - Fixed a problem with the Apache restart process which could occasionally fail, requiring a manual restart. ESVNB-4121
