Transactions needs one day to refresh

I have SmartSvn 7.5.4 (the latest). The panel of transactions enters in a loop of refreshing but nothing appears. I have to let the refresh working one day or two days. Usually I get information from the day before but even sometimes I don't get any refreshed information. Other collegues in the company with the same repository and the same configuration have no problem with it. The only difference i have noticed is that my workcopy is extracted in a different drive, with letter F: while my collegues have their own in drive C:. I also have drive C: but unfortunately I use this for differnt purposes and I must have it in F:. I don't find any other difference in the confioguration of my collegues. I am very disssapointed because we adquired this product for its facility of merging from transactions panel but now I can not get advantage of this. Is ther anything I can do to check?

What settings do you have for the refresh (Transactions > Settings > Refresh and SmartSVN > Preferences > Transactions)?

In SmartSVN--> Preferences --> Transactions
. Refresh every 5 minutes
. Project indentifier: project
. Ask.... marked

In Transactions Settings Refresh:
. All marked

In Collegue's computer (where everything works fine), same settings.
