I am facing an error when I try to import files from svn. I am running following command.

$ svn import /root/svn-pro file:///svn
but I am not able to import it. i am facing following error.
Code:
svn: File already exists: filesystem '/svn/db', transaction '4-g', path '/core_login'
& second problem is when I try to checkout, it makes downloaded directory too heavy in size.
It is making another directory of same name into original directory.

Please give me solutions.
