[suggestion] retrieve revision from source line

Hi,

It's easy to find modification between a revision and last one. You can say "oh, I changed this to do this thing, at these lines".
But sometimes, it could be useful to say "oh, I don't remember why I put this line in my code and comment is not enough" and so I would like to ask svn tool (like tortoise, as it is the forum title), find revision where I modified this line of code.
Is it possible yet?
If yes, how?
If not, it is a possible evolution? How to notice the good community?

Is there a way to change the TSVN menu item to read "Praise"?

Wasn't the alias added in the CLI client because someone's manager wouldn't allow them to use SVN (or maybe that feature) due to the negative connotation of the word "blame"? ISTR reading that story somewhere.
